Adrian graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and is a member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association. Adrian has a strong connection with helping each client through their conditions using manual therapy, pain management strategies and easy-to-understand education. He is committed to guiding every patient toward their recovery goals while creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience every step of the way.

Adrian enjoys spending time with his friends, playing soccer and keeping fit at the gym. He has played for many soccer clubs in Adelaide including Adelaide City, Adelaide Olympic and Eastern United.

Morris graduated from the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree at UniSA and has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries. He is passionate about combining manual therapy, exercise, and patient education to achieve meaningful and lasting results. He is dedicated to empowering patients with the tools and confidence they need to reach their recovery goals.

Morris enjoys going to the gym, plays basketball and enjoys long runs to challenge his endurance and clear his mind.

Tony will help you create simple yet highly effective habits that will improve your condition. In his free time, Tony enjoys indoor bouldering and trying new restaurants around Adelaide.

Shontelle graduated from Tafe SA with a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Shontelle also has a Diploma of beauty therapy (relaxation) from Tafe SA and worked for 10 years as a relaxation massage therapist.

Shontelle’s approach to treatment is to create a sense of peace through gentle yet therapeutic relief whilst assisting with pain and stress management to help her clients return to their daily activities whilst enhancing relaxation and wellbeing.

She incorporates the elements of relaxation and uses therapeutic techniques such as myotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, stretching as well as hot stone massage in her treatments. Shontelle strives to give her clients the best care by tailoring each treatment to their specific needs.

In her downtime, Shontelle can be found furthering her training and interests in massage; health and self-development, at the gym or watching Netflix with her cat Valo.
