Rebuild your strength with the help of expert physiotherapists
The success of your recovery following a surgical procedure is determined by your rehabilitation. Pain, poor mobility and significantly reduced strength are to be expected following surgery. Do not leave your recovery to chance and potentially disrupt the great work your orthopaedic surgeon has done.
Our expert physiotherapists, will assess your function and guide you safely to full recovery.
What can I expect during my post-operative rehab session?
With all our clients, the first session is designed to fully understand your situation, presenting complaint and the type of orthopaedic surgery undertaken. Together, we develop a rehab plan within your post-operative limitations and directives as suggested by your surgeon.
Day one may include hands-on treatment, education and light exercise to help settle pain, stiffness and promote healing. As you progress through your recovery, we provide supervised exercise rehabilitation to rebuild flexibility, strength, balance and function. These exercises are performed in our onsite rehab gym.
